It takes repeated effort to remind ourselves of the vastness of time and space. When we view events in our lives from the perspective of time and space, issues that occupy mental real estate can seem trivial and not worth the energy consumed. And yet the nature of our memories is to make a mountain of a molehill. This affects our ability to be in flow gracefully.
Hence it feels very fulfilling to deal with matters of the mind and constantly adjust course. Here are some of the feedback from participants of the Happiness Program workshop conducted from Jan 12 -1 5. Even as we run hard on the wheel of life, the experience in these workshops reminds us over and over again of the skill to remain graceful through all of life’s experiences and events. Life’s lessons need repetition.
