The only thing better than Yoga & Meditation is facilitating others to experience the magic.
We work hard to make a living so we can have a future. However life is now. All the money in the world will not get back those moments where you were not present, free of anxiety, worry, stress.
Hence taking time out to do Yoga, Meditation, Sudarshan Kriya even on the weekend ensures we can achieve the following in life
- Bring an end to the unnecessary modulations in the mind, the repetitive thoughts
- Develop Skill to face challenges in life graciously
- Be able to to be happy and stable in life through all situations
- And be in the uplifting company of others who are doing all this.
Yoga and Meditation are the only things that can give us lasting joy and stability
Remember, this is not about some magic that will happen sometime in the future. This path is about experiencing the magic now, when the mind is free of unnecessary patterns.
So make your weekends count and through that your life count. And go after your goals without the associated worries and tensions!!
