Small steps but consistently

We are too often obsessed with big impact. However taking on something really small and being consistent can be more effective. The more important element is the process.

Here is a diary I now maintain. All I aim for is 5-10 minutes of exercise first thing (most times).

And in recent times where I have had less control of my schedule due to a lot of commitments, just maintaining the diary gives me immense inspiration and satisfaction.

And I have been feeling fitter than when I aimed for big impact but lacked consistency.
