Neither the past nor the future is a botheration. In fact uncertainty is totally welcome. You are grateful for the adventure that life is. You are in total acceptance, without judgement of what is. You have a serene smile that is not because you are in pleasure or resisting pain. You are like the dry leaf in the wind. Even the strongest storm cannot break you nor stillness bothers you.
Sitting in this state everyday for a few minutes is The Art of Meditation.

This is not running away from the reality of what life is.
All thoughts from the past are a dream. Likewise all thoughts of the future are anyway a dream.
This precious wisdom is very important to realise that thoughts are not an impediment to a meditative experience. You don’t resist them. You observe them. Being in this state consciously just a few minutes every day gives an intuitive guidance to our actions in the waking state.
