These thoughts are inspired by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. I am merely playing out my thoughts in response to what I read. Some of the smaller side effects are that I have stopped taking the unnecessary coffee breaks I used to take out of listlessness. When you know that you need to get to bed early you don't have the usual option of stretching your day.
