When I started #nosugarjune it was only a challenge of willpower. But I am increasingly convinced that is far more beneficial than that. It makes our mind body complex more conducive to experience the silence within at a deeper level than just intellectually understand it. All should experiment with this to see what effect it has on the mind.

What we know is a curse that prevents us from getting to the unknown. The smarter we think we are in the world, the more difficult to open ourselves up to real wisdom. The really smart and intelligent bridge the gap between the known and the unknown beautifully.

Some of the smaller side effects are that I have stopped taking the unnecessary coffee breaks I used to take out of listlessness. When you know that you need to get to bed early you don't have the usual option of stretching your day.
